Moodlight

Moodlight MCP Privacy Policy

Moodlight Intelligence. Effective September 16, 2026. Applies to the Moodlight MCP server at mcp.moodlightintel.com, however it is connected: as a connector in Claude, or by key in Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client.

What Moodlight is

Moodlight is a real-time cultural reasoning engine. It measures public news and social conversation every hour, scores it for emotion, and reasons from that measurement. The MCP server lets an AI assistant call Moodlight as a tool.

What Moodlight receives

Only what your assistant sends to a Moodlight tool: a brand name, a category name, a question, or the fields of a brief (product, audience, markets, challenge, timeline). Moodlight never has access to your files, documents, conversation history, other tools, or anything else in your assistant. Data flows one way: Moodlight sends you measurements, reads, and agent outputs; nothing about your work travels to Moodlight except the request itself.

What Moodlight keeps, and for how long

Model processing

Full reads and agent runs are processed by Moodlight's model provider (Anthropic) under commercial API terms that do not train on the content.

What Moodlight never does

Your choices

Disconnect the connector in your assistant at any time. Ask for your key to be revoked, or for the content on your key to be deleted before the 30-day window, by emailing the address below; both are done by hand and confirmed by reply.
